AH and G Refund Policy

At AH and G, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility:
– Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items.
– To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Process:

of the product, and a description of the issue.
– Once approved, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging.
– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-Refundable Items:
– Custom-made and personalized items.
– Sale and clearance items.
